Notice of Filing of Tentative Roll


Pursuant to Section 526 of the Real Property Tax Law, the assessor for the Town of Oppenheim has published the 2026 tentative assessment roll. A copy is on file at the Town Clerks office at 110 County Highway 331, St. Johnsville, New York. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on Thursday May 7th, May 14th and May 28th from 4pm-8pm, Saturday May 16th from 7am-11:00am, at the Town Hall. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Friday, June 5th from 4-8pm at the Oppenheim Town Hall located at 110 County Highway 331, St. Johnsville, New York .
