Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law, the assessor for the Town of Oppenheim has published the 2023 tentative assessment roll. A copy is on file at the Town Clerk's office at 110 County Highway 331, St. Johnsville, New York. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on Friday May 5 from 3pm-8pm, Saturday May 6 from 8am-12pm, Friday May 12 from 9am-1pm, Saturday May 20 from 8am-12pm at the Town Hall. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Friday, June 2 from 4pm-8pm at the Oppenheim Town Hall located at 110 County Highway 331, St. Johnsville, New York.
